We are locally owned, family-operated, fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We are a member of the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local Union 33.

Meet Our Owner/Operator Matthew Greene

Our owner/operator, Matthew Greene, has over 27 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Initially, he studied engineering in college, but his interest wavered, and he decided to switch to plumbing studies. After completing his studies, he underwent a 5-year apprenticeship with an established plumber. Following his apprenticeship, he worked for plumbing companies in Des Moines, as well as across the U.S.

Coming Back to His Roots and Starting a Plumbing Company in Des Moines, IA

Having grown up in Des Moines, Matthew decided to come back to his hometown and start his own plumbing company. Matthew felt like the local community was not getting the service that they deserved. Matthew is committed to providing the highest quality plumbing products and service, as well as great customer service. He is honest with his assessments and uses his experience and knowledge to make recommendations, including how to save money, available rebates, and installing energy-efficient systems. As a result, many of MJG Solutions Corp’s customers are repeat customers or referrals from our loyal client base.
